We match — you choose
We match you to employers whose work type, pay range, and culture fit what you told us you're looking for. We brief you on the role before any interview — no surprises. You decide whether to move forward. We don't pressure placements that aren't the right fit.
You start — we follow up
After placement, we check in at 30 and 60 days — not to micromanage, but to make sure the job is what was described. If something's off, we advocate for you. Our 90-day retention guarantee exists because we get it right the first time, not because we're hoping you'll stick it out.
