Terms of Use
Effective Date: September 15, 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Bravo Talent Group website at bravotalentgroup.com ("Site") and any services offered through it. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site.
Bravo Talent Group, LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company doing business as Bravo Talent Group ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), is a skilled trades talent acquisition firm. We connect certified tradespeople with contractors and industrial employers. We are not an employer of record, a job board, or a placement guarantee unless explicitly stated in a signed written agreement.
1 Advertising Claims & Substantiation
Bravo Talent Group makes every reasonable effort to ensure that all performance claims, statistics, and comparisons displayed on this Site are accurate and substantiated at the time of publication. Pursuant to the Federal Trade Commission Act (15 U.S.C. § 45) and FTC Policy Statement Regarding Advertising Substantiation, the following disclosures apply:
- "48-hour" candidate delivery: Reflects our average time to present the first fully credentialed, pre-screened candidate profile from the point a complete job order is received. Individual timelines vary depending on trade, geographic location, certification requirements, and candidate availability. This is not a contractual guarantee unless specified in a signed placement agreement.
- "90-day retention guarantee": Applies to permanent placements only. If a placed candidate voluntarily leaves or is terminated for documented performance reasons directly related to trade skills, certifications, or work ethic within the first 90 calendar days of employment, Bravo Talent Group will conduct one (1) replacement search at no additional placement fee. This guarantee does not apply to layoffs, business closures, seasonal or project-end separations, role eliminations, or early terminations initiated by the employer for non-performance reasons. Full terms are set forth in the applicable Service Agreement signed prior to engagement.
- "500+ verified tradespeople": Reflects the scale of our active candidate pipeline, including tradespeople who have submitted applications and are in active search. Actual availability by trade, region, and certification varies. This figure is updated periodically and is not a guarantee of placement availability for any specific role.
- Pricing industry comparisons: Comparisons to "industry standard" fees (e.g., 18–25% contingency) are based on publicly available industry surveys, benchmarking reports, and recruiter compensation data current as of the page's publication date. Actual market rates vary by region, trade specialty, and firm. Bravo Talent Group makes no representation that competitor pricing matches the figures cited.
- "100% credential-verified": Bravo Talent Group conducts verification of trade licenses, certifications, and credentials as represented by each candidate and confirmed through available public licensing databases and direct issuing authority contact where accessible. We do not independently audit third-party certification bodies and rely on documentation provided by candidates and issuing authorities.
2 Salary & Compensation Data
Salary ranges and compensation figures published on this Site — including the 2026 Skilled Trades Salary Report and trade-specific pay ranges — are provided for general informational purposes only and do not constitute a promise, offer, or guarantee of compensation for any specific individual, role, or employer.
- Salary data is compiled from U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics Occupational Employment and Wage Statistics (OEWS), industry association surveys, job posting data from major job boards, and Bravo Talent Group's own placement activity.
- Figures represent ranges across multiple geographic markets. Actual compensation will vary by location, employer, experience level, union status, shift, and certifications held.
- Salary figures are updated periodically but may not reflect current market conditions at the time of your access.
- Neither Bravo Talent Group nor any of its representatives guarantees that an employer will offer, or that a candidate will receive, any specific compensation amount.
3 Referral Program Terms & Tax Disclosure
Bravo Talent Group offers a referral program through which individuals may earn $250 for each successfully placed candidate they refer. The following terms govern participation:
- Eligibility: Any individual may participate unless prohibited by law or their employer's policies. Bravo Talent Group employees and their immediate family members are not eligible.
- Payment condition: Payment is issued after the referred candidate completes 30 consecutive days of employment in a Bravo Talent Group-placed role.
- New candidates only: The referred candidate must not be currently active in Bravo Talent Group's system, or have been previously submitted by another referral source or recruiter.
- Payment method: Payment is made by check or ACH/digital transfer. You may be asked to provide payment information and identification for processing.
- Tax disclosure: Referral payments may constitute taxable income under applicable federal and state law. Bravo Talent Group may issue IRS Form 1099-NEC for referral payments totaling $600 or more in a calendar year. You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes due on referral income. This is not tax advice; consult a qualified tax professional.
- No guarantee of placement: Submission of a referral does not guarantee that the referred individual will be placed or that a payment will be earned.
- Modification: Bravo Talent Group reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time with notice. Changes do not affect referrals already submitted prior to modification.
- Compliance with employer policies: Participants are responsible for confirming that participation does not violate their own employer's conflict-of-interest or outside compensation policies.
4 Equal Employment Opportunity
Bravo Talent Group operates in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local equal employment opportunity laws. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, religion, age (40 or older), disability, genetic information, or any other status protected by law in the referral, screening, or placement of candidates. Job postings and placement services are provided without regard to protected class. Employers using our services agree to comply with all applicable EEO and labor laws. If you believe you have experienced discrimination in connection with our services, please contact us at garybrasfield@bravotalentgroup.com.
5 No Employer-Employee Relationship
Bravo Talent Group is a talent acquisition intermediary. Unless a separate temp staffing agreement is in place, candidates placed through Bravo become employees (or independent contractors) of the hiring employer, not of Bravo Talent Group. Submission of an application or candidate profile to Bravo Talent Group does not create an employment relationship with Bravo Talent Group or with any employer. We make no guarantee that a submitted application will result in a job offer or placement.
6 Testimonials & Endorsements
Any testimonials, success stories, or client quotes displayed on this Site reflect the individual experience of the person providing them and may not be typical. In compliance with FTC Guides Concerning Endorsements and Testimonials (16 C.F.R. Part 255), Bravo Talent Group will clearly disclose any material connections between the company and any individual providing an endorsement, including compensation, employment, or other relationships. Results described in testimonials are not guaranteed for any other party.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bravo Talent Group, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this Site or our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profits, or data — even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from use of this Site shall not exceed $100.
10 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall first be submitted to non-binding mediation before either party may pursue litigation. Venue for any legal proceedings shall be in a court of competent jurisdiction in Tennessee. You agree to bring any claim in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.
11 Changes to These Terms
Bravo Talent Group reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
