How referrals work

Give us your contact info and the tradesperson's name and trade. A phone number or email helps us reach them fast.
We reach out within 48 hrs
We contact them directly, introduce ourselves, and learn about their situation. No pressure — we let the opportunity sell itself.
We find them a match
If there's a fit with an open role, we work the placement. Our typical timeline is 48 hours from first contact to interview.
You get $250
Once they start their new job and complete 30 days, we send you $250. No paperwork, no chasing — we track it.
Who qualifies
Who's a good referral?
If they're a working tradesperson — or recently were — they're worth referring. We work with people at all experience levels and employment statuses.
The best referrals are people you know personally — a coworker, a former crew member, a family member in the trades. Someone whose work you'd vouch for.
Journeyman or Master tradespeople
Licensed electricians, HVAC techs, plumbers, welders — any of the 12+ trades we place.
Experienced tradespeople without licenses
Field experience counts. We work with both union and non-union candidates.
People currently employed but open to change
The best candidates are often already working somewhere — just underpaid or undervalued.
Recently laid off or between jobs
We move quickly. A good referral here can get them a new start in under a week.
Apprentices nearing completion
Refer them now and we'll have something ready when they finish.

Referral Program Terms
Payment timing
$250 is paid after the referred candidate completes 30 days of employment in a Bravo-placed role.
No limit on referrals
You can refer as many people as you want. Each successful placement earns a separate $250.
New candidates only
The referred candidate must not currently be in our system or have been referred by someone else.
Payment method
We pay via check or ACH/digital transfer. You may be asked to provide payment details for processing.
Tax disclosure
Referral payments may be taxable income. We may issue IRS Form 1099-NEC for payments of $600+ in a calendar year. Consult a tax professional regarding your obligations.
Privacy
We won't share that you referred them without your permission.
